Payments

We accept all major credit cards, eChecks, instant transfers and Paypal payments. We use Paypal's 100% safe encrypted shopping cart system so that you can buy with confidence. Please use our verified e-mail address sales@badbaby.biz for all of your PayPal transactions.

Returns

If you are not happy with your shirt simply return it and we will refund your money minus shipping no questions asked. We are willing to work with you to make sure you're satisfied.

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed. Any damage done to the shirt by you will void your opportunity for a refund.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost is calculated automatically by the shopping cart starting at $4.75 for purchases up to $39.99, $6.90 for $40.00 to $79.99, $8.65 for $80.00 to $129.99, $10.65 for $130.00 to $179.99, and $16.50 for $180 and up. We charge you only the exact amount it costs us to ship. We aren't trying to make money on shipping. You can check our rates with the USPS.

Depending on stock it may take up to 10 days to process your order, but 95% of orders ship the day after we receive it.

International orders are welcome but we only ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Isreal, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. All payments are in US dollars. If your country is not one of the above please do not order and please do not contact us asking to make an exception.

Lost Orders/Undeliverable Orders

Badbaby.biz is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail. All of our orders have a tracking number which is mailed to you automatically when your order is shipped. As soon as the package leaves our hands it is the concern of the postal service, not ours. If your package never arrives contact us and we'll research it for you. We'll do anything we can to locate your order. In most cases orders that are lost in the mail are returned to us.

If your order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address (NO FORWARD ON FILE, NO SUCH ADDRESS, INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, NO SUCH NUMBER/STREET, RETURN TO SENDER, UNABLE TO FORWARD) we will contact you immediately with an invoice asking you to confirm your address and repay for shipping to your corrected address. It is your responsibility to keep your address current with Paypal. Be certain to verify your shipping address when making your order. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship the package. We will not refund your money if you are too cheap to pay for the shipping again. If you finally get the merchandise and are unhappy with it then our return policy still applies.
